We engaged Semco Style when we encountered reducing ownership levels and productivity as In3 was scaling rapidly. Leadership bandwidth was being consumed in resolving operational issues between departments and was hampering our growth. Under Semco Style consultant’s guidance, we piloted “Self Management” in one of our regional units.
