We engaged Semcostyle Institute when we encountered reducing ownership levels and productivity as In3 was scaling rapidly. Leadership bandwidth was being consumed in resolving operational issues between departments and was hampering our growth. Under SSIs guidance, we piloted “Self Management” in one of our regional units. Through a series of intensive leadership workshops and “on the job” coaching for the teams on the field, SSI helped turn things around quickly.
