I first read “Maverick” between 2000 and 2001, and it had a profound impact on me. Throughout my leadership journey, I experimented with some of its ideas. When I discovered a few years ago that these concepts were formalized into a framework and offered as a workshop for leaders, I knew I had to join the program.

The program’s highlight was interaction with a diverse group of business leaders who embrace the Semco Style’s philosophy of “self-management,” whether working directly with Semco Style or independently. Witnessing these concepts in action and seeing the exceptional results they deliver was a real aha moment. This program validated much of my understanding and provided greater clarity to my thinking.
