He works as a Thinking Partner to founders and leaders. He listens closely, asks honest questions, challenges assumptions, and offers a different perspective, enabling people to think through complex problems and arrive at decisions they truly own.

Ankur has spent close to two decades working in large organizations and building ventures of his own. This has given him a view from both sides: how established organizations operate, and the realities of building something from scratch.
